Great Location and Cozy Stay!

I truly enjoyed my recent stay! Beautiful views from my club level room made mornings delightful. The evening snacks in the lounge were perfect after a long day exploring New Orleans. For future guests, definitely take advantage of the lounge access for great food options throughout your stay!

Great breakfast selection, but the lobby food options were limited and seating was sparse.

everything was really nice n comfy, the staff were amazing from the valets to the front desk. the location was perfect, just a short walk to bourbon street. the fitness center was big n well equipped too. having a starbucks down in the lobby was super convenient for those early mornings. definitely would stay here again!

but the room could really use a fridge and it was a bit pricey for what we got. also, we had some noise issues with neighbors partying late at night and had to call the desk.

Loved the bicycle rental option and live music at the bar. The lobby bar was super accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay with amazing breakfast at the bistro and a spacious bathroom that made my mornings so much easier. I loved unwinding by the outdoor swimming pool after a long day, soaking up the sun with a cold drink. Just a heads up, the check-in line was a bit long, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! ☀️

I faced some trouble with the room fridge. it was an extra charge, which seemed odd for the price I paid. Also, the lobby area felt a bit cold and lacked a cozy atmosphere. I wish there were more inviting places to relax. A mini fridge in the room should be standard. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highlights and room for improvements.

The parking situation is unclear, leading to potential headaches—my car ended up booted due to miscommunication about available spaces. Check-out was a hassle, particularly with misunderstandings over charges that left me frustrated.
